Manual Osteopathy is a gentle, hands-on approach that supports the body’s ability to move, adapt, and heal. Treatment focuses on restoring mobility, reducing strain, and improving overall function by working with the muscles, joints, nerves, and organs.

Each session is customized to meet your individual needs, using techniques such as soft tissue work, joint mobilization, craniosacral therapy, and visceral manipulation. No high-velocity adjustments are used.

Manual Osteopathy is suitable for all ages and can help with pain, tension, injury recovery, and overall well-being.

Hi I’m Kerry, Manual Osteopath Practitioner and founder of Shift Manual Osteopathy.

I’m a mom of two and a strong believer in the body’s ability to heal when it feels safe and supported. I offer gentle, hands on care for babies, kids, and adults moving through stress, injury, pregnancy, postpartum, or simply feeling off in their body.

My approach is rooted in listening to your story, your symptoms, and what your body is communicating. I work with the nervous system to restore ease, improve movement, and bring the body back into balance.

I created Shift as a place where you and your family can feel safe, respected, and supported. Your body isn’t broken. It’s been doing its best. Let’s give it the space to soften, unwind, and realign.
